Sudan: Paris Declaration Is Our Roadmap, Says Sudanese Opposition Party

Khartoum — The opposition National Umma Party (NUP) said they handed the Paris Declaration to the head of the African Union High Level Implementation Panel (AUHIP), stressing it represents a road map for peace and democratic transformation in Sudan.

AUHIP chief, Thabo Mbeki met on Monday with the NUP deputy president Fadalla Burma Nasir, Popular Congress Party (PCP) leader Hassan al-Turabi and the chairman of Reform Now Movement (RNM) Ghazi Salah Eddin al-Attabani.
