Ethiopia: The Prime Minister Calls for Joint Efforts to Promote Good Governance

Prime Minister Hailemariam called on government officials and leaderships to work closely with the public to promote good governance. He was speaking at the second National Good Governance Movement Forum held on Thursday last week (August 14) in Addis Ababa.

The Forum was attended by ministers, heads of state organizations, university presidents and public representatives. The Prime Minister said problems of good governance posed challenges in the fight against poverty and government officials and leaders at all levels needed to collaborate and work closely together and with the public to tackle the problems facing the nation.
