Nigeria: We'll Unseat Amosun in 2015, PDP Boasts

ABEOKUTA--The People's Democratic Party, PDP, in Ogun State, yesterday boasted that it would unseat the incumbent governor Ibikunle Amosun in the 2015 election, claiming the calibre of governorship aspirants in the party was a pointer that Amosun was on his way out of the office.

The state Chairman, Bayo Dayo spoke at the party's secretariat in Abeokuta, while receiving a letter of intent from a lawmaker representing Yewa South/Ipokia Federal constituency in Ogun State at the House Representatives, Abiodun Akinlade, to run for the governorship seat in 2015.
