President Goodluck Jonathan has been enjoined to practically engage the members of the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, by creating more jobs and good environment for the young ones as a way of dissuading them from joining the terrorist group.
An Israeli trained security expert and former secretary to the Rivers State Government, Gabriel Pidomson, said there is no need for the Federal Government to negotiate with the insurgents but to ensure that a conducive environment is created to gainfully engage the younger ones to discourage them from being lured to join the deadly group.
