Kerima — Residents of five districts in Kerima, Northern State, on Wednesday again requested from the state government to accelerate the connection of electricity to their districts.
"In spite of many promises of North Darfur State and federal government officials since 2005, and repeated demands from our side, we have not received electricity until now", an inhabitant of one of the districts told Radio Dabanga.
