The Delta State Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Raymond Macaulay, has dismissed allegations that the process that led to the emergence of the party's candidate for the forthcoming local government poll in the state was influenced in favour of some candidates.
Rather, Macaulay said what transpired was that the party and the state Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, provided a level playing ground for a free and fair contest among all the aspirants.
