Nigeria: Agbaje Escapes Mob Attack in Mushin

THE People's Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Lagos State, Mr. Jimi Agbaje, was yesterday attacked by some suspected political thugs in Mushin during his tour of local councils. He escaped unhurt.

It was gathered that one of Agbaje's supporters was shot and was rushed to a hospital after losing so much blood. The rally was said to have been held at Olomowewe Square in Mushin as part of efforts to sensitise PDP members of his aspiration to govern Lagos using the party's platform.
