Ahead of the new topflight season, SC Villa President Ben Misagga is striving for stability, survival and making sure the club sign players who want to play for the club this season, rather than just picking up their wages.
While unveiling the club's squad of 25 players at Ivy's hotel at Lubaga on Monday, Misagga said finances would not be a problem for Villa in the upcoming 2014/15 season. He also announced the club would operate on a budget of $300,000 [roughly 750m], which would cater for operational costs of the season that kicks off on Tuesday next week.
