Angola: State Secretary Praises Works of Program Against Poverty

Luanda — The State secretary for local Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Fernando Pontes Pereira, Wednesday in Viana, Luanda, said that the development works, in the framework of the integrated program to fighting hunger and poverty are in a good path.

At the end of visiting programme held in various undertakings of program in execution, the official said that among the programmes in execution, it is paid a greater attention to the projects in education and water supply.

The quality of works, said Fernando Pontes Pereira, must be taken in account the human resources and other factors, a situation that guarantees the materialization of infrastructures.

In the ambit of rural development, he said that there is still a lot to do and he recognized the great effort that is being done by the Government for solving people's problem.

The entourage comprises the vice governor of Luanda for Economic and productive sector, Judithe Pereira, Viana municipality administrator, José Moreno, officials of the GPL and of Viana municipality.
