Nairobi — CORD leader Raila Odinga has reaffirmed his commitment to the calls for a referendum saying there is need to change certain laws in order protect future generations.
Odinga stressed his support for the referendum called by the Governors particularly on devolving forests and natural resources saying this would ensure the locals benefited from the resources.
