PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan's launch of the Roadmap for Power Sector Reform on August 26, 2010, signalled a fresh adrenalin surge of government's commitment to solve the country's power problems. The inaugural National Council on Power (NACOP) provided a platform for various stakeholders in power production, delivery and consumption at the federal and state levels to appraise the success of the implementation of the road map.
