Eritrea: Stepped-Up Effort Described Prerequisite Towards Development of Agricultural Activities

Assab — The Administrator of the Southern Red Sea region, Mr. Gergis Girmai, indicated that exerting stepped-up effort is a prerequisite for the development of agricultural activities in the region. He made the remark during a tour of Harsile and Ramdan Water Diversion Canals.

Mr. Gergis further underlined the need to exert the necessary efforts at all levels so as to realize the agricultural development programs in the region. In this connection, the Administrator said that members of the Eastern Command would take part in endeavors to this end.
