Lagos — The East African country of Rwanda has announced restriction of movement of people from West African countries except Nigeria over fears of spread of the Ebola virus disease.
Consequently it's flag carrier, RwandAir, has stopped airlift of passengers from Guinea-Conakry, Liberia, Sierra-Leone and Senegal. Nigeria is not included in the restriction. A RwandAir official told reporters in Lagos that efforts of the Nigerian government to curb the spread may be responsible for the exemption.
