Dodoma — MEMBERS of the Constituent Assembly (CA) are proposing a new form of the Union government, with the Zanzibar President becoming one of the two vice-presidents who will be helping the head of state to govern the country.
Unveiling their respective reports on Wednesday, some committees proposed the removal of running mates in the presidential elections, opting for prime minister and Zanzibar president as the two vice-presidents.
