Western Sahara: Sao Paulo Forum Calls for Recognition of SADR

La Paz — Sao Paulo Forum has called upon Latin American states to recognize the Saharawi Republic (SADR), voicing solidarity with the struggle waged by the Saharawi people, under leadership of the Polisario Front and SADR.

Taking place in La Paz, capital of Bolivia, on 25-29 August 2014, the Forum expressed solidarity with the struggle of the Saharawi people for total sovereignty over Western Sahara, occupied by Morocco since 1975.
