Nigeria: Govt Should Exercise Caution in Borrowing - Ka'oje

As the nation grapples with the rising internal and external debt profile which is currently put at 8.9 trillion naira and 9.3 billion dollars, respectively, the President of Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN), a former Minister of Sports and the immediate past National Treasurer of PDP, Engr. Bala Ka'oje, in this interview, admonishes government to exercise caution in borrowing. He also speaks on other issues. Excerpts:
