ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has again requested for an indefinite adjournment of President Uhuru Kenyatta's case at The Hague but declined to have the charges dropped.
This means that Uhuru's trial, that is to open on October 7, may again stall. In her application to the three-judge panel, the former Gambian Justice Minister and Attorney General maintained that the government has declined to disclose Uhuru's financial records which form the only evidence banked on to nail the President.
