Liberia: Gov't to Use Chinese Ebola Drugs - Information Minister

In the face of challenges faced in the anti-Ebola campaign in the country, the government says it will soon be negotiating with the Government of the People's Republic of China for the importation of the Chinese approved Ebola medicine for use in Liberia. The Ebola medicine was recently approved by the Chinese Government and Chinese health and medical experts after a thorough laboratory test conducted in China.

Speaking over the weekend at the Daily MICAT Press Conference held at the Ministry of Information, Information Minister Lewis Brown said the Chinese government and other actors in the anti-Ebola campaign has called for a deceleration drug or vaccines.
