Government and the Grand Coalition on the Constitution making process have had their first round of sparring at a meeting convened by newly appointed Justice Minister Edgar Lungu.
Lungu, who took over from fired Wynter Kabimba, convened a meeting where despite both parties cognizant of the respectful nature the meeting has been held the strong headed positions of old time still keep the two sides apart.
