SIAYA Senator James Orengo will this morning appear before CID investigators and record a statement over the transfer of 500,000 acres of land in Lamu.
The land, owned by the government, was transferred to individuals and 22 companies when Orengo was Lands minister. Orengo yesterday met Land Fraud Unit boss Nicholas Etyang but was not required to record a statement.
