Doubts have emerged in a new report over the viability of a factory for making prefabricated construction materials built at a cost of over Sh700 million by the National Housing Corporation.
The Inspectorate of State Corporations, under the office of the Deputy President, has cast doubts that the NHC factory can break-even by 2017 as captured in its financial outlook statements for seven years from 2013.
