Liberia: Ghana's President Mahama Frowns On Isolation

President John Dramani Mahama has frowned on countries, isolating Ebola affected countries terming it as not the best way to jointly fight the disease. According to an Executive Mansion release, the Ghanaian President said isolating countries will further compound the precarious situation, especially trade and commerce thereby seriously affecting the economies of these countries.

President Mahama, who is also current chairman of the sub-regional organization, ECOWAS, made the assertion when he addressed a joint press conference during a one-day solidarity visit to Liberia on Monday, September 15, 2014.
