Signature Group Showcases its Projects at FACIM 2014 in Maputo, Mozambique

The 50th edition of the Maputo International Fair (FACIM) was held from 25th August till 31st August 2014 in Ricatla in the Marracuene district of Mozambique’s Maputo province.

It brought together more than 3000 national and foreign exhibitors. According to Mozambican daily newspaper Noticias over 78,000 people visited the fair this year.

Signature Group and FFH showcased its ongoing projects, Chuiba Village - an integrated development of 1200 houses in Pemba and its upcoming project City Tower - a mixed use high end real estate tower in Maputo, alongside other projects of The Social Housing Fund (FFH), under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (MOPH) which was well received by the general public.

Signature’s stall was visited by Mozambique’s President H.E. Armando Emílio Guebuza, along with Minister of Public Works H. E. Cadmiel Muthemba, and Chairman of FFH Mr. Rui Costa along with other dignitaries and government officials.
