Uganda: KCCA Councillors' Report Accuses Jennifer Musisi of Mismanagement

The legal committee of the Kampala Capital City Authority has written to Frank Tumwebaze, the minister for Kampala, accusing Executive Director Jennifer Ssemakula Musisi of taking over the awarding of contracts at the institution.

In their report dated July 11, committee members Frank Kanduho, Bernard Luyiga and Shifra Lukwago note that the management of contracts at the authority is now a sole responsibility of Musisi, which they say is contrary to the KCCA Act.
