Nigeria: Yoruba, Igbo Youth Unite to Fight Insurgency

Awka — Leading Yoruba and Igbo youth organisations rose from their meeting in Enugu on Wednesday night with a resolution to form an alliance, geared towards combating the Boko Haram insurgency ravaging the country.

They also asked the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Atahiru Jega, to reverse the recent creation of 30,000 polling units in the country, which from all intents and purposes favoured the North against the South, or resign.
