Nairobi — A new survey released by IPSOS Kenya shows that 54 percent of Kenyans are opposed to the national referendum being pushed by CORD and the Council of Governors.
The poll released on Friday morning shows that 38 percent are supporting the referendum, agitating for the increase of funds for counties.
