Luanda — The new municipal administrators of Luanda, appointed on 19 September, were sworn in this Monday in a ceremony led by the provincial governor, Graciano Francisco Domingos.
They are José Tavares Ferreira, invested as the chairperson of the Administrative Commission of Luanda City, Filipe Barros Espanhol (municipal administrator of Belas), Domingos Assis Fortes (Quiçama), Carlos Alberto Cavuquila (Cacuaco) and Manuel Mateus Caterça (Viana).
