Lagos — HARVEST Plus, the local non-governmental organisation (NGO), disclosed plans to address the challenges of Vitamin A deficiency in the country by distributing more than 3 000 cassava stems in a number of states before the end of this year.
Speaking at a conference in Ibadan, Oyo State, Harvest Plus Database Administrator, John Alamu, said donor agencies conceived and funded the project to subsequently address the challenge of malnutrition.
