Egypt - Consideration of "Cabinet Incidents" Case Suspended Until Rendering the Challenge

Cairo: — Giza Criminal Court, in its hearing convened at the Police Trustees Institute, presided by Judge Mohamed Nagy Shehata, decided to suspend the case of Cabinet Incidents till making a decision over the challenge submitted by the defendant. The court also decided to serve a notice to the Interior Minister's office for the prisons affairs department to not move the defendant out of his cell, without consulting the court.
