Kenya: Cops Recover Sh300,000 in Fake Cash

Police in Naivasha have recovered more than Sh300,000 in fake currency. The suspects wanted to con an M-Pesa agent. Naivasha police boss Charles Kortok said they are investigating the origin of the currency.

"We suspect that the currency is coming from Nakuru but investigations are at an advanced stage. It's a matter of time before we nab those behind the trade," he said on the phone.
