Nigeria: Ebola - Confusion Over School Resumption in Nasarawa

Lafia — Nasarawa State Monday had a controversy over resumption of schools as Federal Government is working round the clock to ensure that the deadly Ebola disease does not spread across the country when the students return.

Though academic activities at both public and private schools have resumed, some staff of public school were making contact to know whether it will be extension of the date schedule by the Federal Government or not. During a visit to some public schools to know whether there is provision of protective materials and vaccine earlier promised by the Federal Government, it was gathered that there is no provision of such.
