Hong Kong — Police officers arrested scores of young pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong on Saturday after a night clashes over China's new election plan.
The latest protests erupted on Friday night, at the end of a weeklong boycott of classes by university students to protest the new election plan. They were then joined on Friday by hundreds of high school students.
