Algeria: CNAN Purchases Two Cargo Ships

Algiers — The National Navigation Company (CNAN) has tentatively assigned the market for the purchase of a batch of two cargo-carrying ships from two Bulgarian and Dutch maritime companies, the company said in an award notice published Sunday in the national press.

This notice of provisional award to the Bulgarian maritime company "IHB Shipping Marciana ltd" and Dutch company "Noordriver Shipping lieke shipping" is part of an international call for tenders issued by the CNAN for acquisition of four (4) new ships in service or within five (5) years of age on the day of delivery.
