Nsanje — Churches Action in Relief and Development (CARD) has noted with concern that the organization is failing to attain progress on most of their irrigation schemes in Nsanje since majority of the people involved in the community programs are demanding payment for their contribution.
This comes as Government and NGOs are striving to employ mechanisms aimed at improving food security both household and national levels in the wake of the effects of climate change.
