Namibia: Third Bail Bid in Stock Theft and Murder Case

A KEY figure in a pending High Court case about the killing of a stock theft investigator in the Gobabis district at the end of 2012 launched a third application to be granted bail yesterday.

The new bail application by Stockley Kavejao (40), who is the first accused in the case in which four men are facing charges connected to the killing of stock theft investigator Wilfred Kazeurua on 28 December 2012, follows on two previous requests to be granted bail that were heard in the Gobabis Magistrate's Court last year.
