Nigeria: 30,000 Polling Units - UPNAsks Court to Stop INEC

The Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) has asked a Federal High Court in Abuja to declare that the creation of the additional 30,000 polling units for the 2015 general election is unconstitutional, null and void.

In the court papers filed through the counsel to the party, Mrs, Nella Andem-Rabana, the party wants the court to stop the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from going ahead with the creation of additional 30,000 polling units for the election.
