Algeria: Cowardly Assassination of Herve Gourdel Changes Nothing to Friendship Between French, Algerian Peoples

Tizi Ouzou — Chairman of Algeria-France Association Jean-Pierre Chevenement said Thursday in Tizi Ouzou that the "assassination of Herve Gourdel doesn't change anything to the friendship between the French and Algerian peoples."

"The cowardly assassination of one of our compatriots, the unfortunate mountaineer, Herve Gourdel, doesn't change anything to the friendship between the French and Algerian peoples," said Chevenement who is on a visit to Tizi Ouzou, during which he visited the site of the new hub for excellence of Oued Fali.
