Nigeria: Ibadan Residents Count Loses After Tanker Inferno

Ibadan — Saturday night tanker inferno at Molete, Ibadan left the residents of the area wailing and lamenting on Sunday afternoon when Daily Independent visited the scene where the personnel of the State Fire Services were seen still keeping vigil.

The State Director of the Fire Services, Kareem Oyekunle, told our reporter that his department could account for 10 lost lives, seven burnt shops, 12 vehicles and 10 motorcycles destroyed in the night inferno.
