Rabat — HM King Mohammed VI called all political stakeholders to be well-prepared for the upcoming elections and to respect electors' will.
"The coming elections should not be perceived as an end in themselves, so much as an opportunity for political contest between programs and elites, avoiding outbidding tactics and partisan bickering", said the Sovereign on Friday in a speech delivered before the parliament's two chambers at the opening of the first session of the 4th legislative year of the 9th legislature.
