Algeria: Road Accidents - 236 Killed, 2,685 Injured in First Nine Months of 2014

Algiers — A total of 236 people lost their lives and 2,685 others were injured in 686 road accidents that occurred nationwide during the first nine months of 2014, according to the report published Sunday by the National Gendarmerie.

Out of the total number of victims (killed and injured), 133 were children aged under 9 and 112 under 14, said the source.
