Algiers — Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh said Monday in Algiers that the Algerian judge in charge of the case of the assassination of the seven monks of Tibhirine in Medea (91-km south of Algiers) in 1996, will go to France by the end of October for the execution of letters rogatory.
In a statement to the press on the sidelines of the installation of the president of Algiers Court, Louh said that "in accordance with the principle of reciprocity and as part of the judicial cooperation, the Algerian judge must execute the letters rogatory in France by end of October."
