Lagos — A cleric has called on Muslim parents in Nigeria to ensure that their children are given the best of teachings of Islamic studies in addition to western education in order to make meaningful contributions to nation building.
Speaking in an interview with Daily Independent at the 8th Day Fidau in memory of Late Alhaji Adegboyega, an educationist and Baba Adinni of Nawair-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Ogun State branch, Alhaji Abdul-Fatai Isiaka said Islamic and western education remain the best combinations for proper childhood upbringing.
