Nigeria: U.S. FAA Commends NCAA After Renewing Category One Certification

The United States Federal Airport Administration (US FAA) has commended the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for its bold steps to retain the International Aviation Safety Assessment (IASA) Category One Safety Status after a rigorous exercise.

This was contained in a letter to the acting Director-General of NCAA, Benedict Adeyileka, by the Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety, Federal Airport Administration, Margaret Gilligan.
