Nigeria: Firms Ask Court to Compel Govt to Hand Over Abuja Airport

Abuja — Two firms have asked a Federal High Court in Abuja to compel the federal government to hand over to them the aviation terminal of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in line with a concession agreement they allegedly entered into with the federal government.

The firms, Miebaka Kenneth Adoki (appointed by Power of Attorney to represent Abuja Gateway Consortium) and Nairanet Technologies Limited listed the Attorney General of the Federation, the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), the International Finance Corporation, Ministers of Aviation and Finance and the FCT Minister as defendants.
