THE process of ageing is beyond human control. It comes slowly and catches most people without warning because they mistakenly do not plan for it in their lives.

Some people are scared of getting old and they see the process as a death sentence since it brings various physical, psychological, mental and emotional changes and, above all, health-related problems that need medical attention. One of the biggest challenges that the elderly face is brittle bones and gradual loss of balance, resulting in falls and oftentimes fractures and head injuries.
