Liberia: Eric Duncan a Victim, Not a Culprit, ANC Gives U.S.$500 to Family

Monrovia — The opposition Alternative National Congress has described Eric Thomas Duncan, who died from Ebola recently as a victim and not a culprit, donating an amount of US$500 to the family of the deceased.

The ANC stated that the thoughts and prayers of all members of the USA branch of the party (ANC-USA) are with the family of Duncan as they mourn his passing. Stated the ANC: "The facts as we now know them about Mr. Duncan, how he possibly contracted Ebola and travelled to the United States, can lead us to no other conclusion but that he is a victim, not a culprit.
