Nigeria: Anti-Robbery Squad Quizzes Publisher for Alleged Libel

Abuja — In what appears anomalous, the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, has invited a publisher, Ms. Felida Akiri, from her base in Delta State to Abuja to be quizzed Thursday for an alleged libel, the third time in two months.

A member of the House of Representatives had reportedly secured the service of the police to have Ms. Akiri answer for publications that allegedly brought his name to disrepute.
