Algeria: Electronic Signature of Legal Documents to Be Launched Soon, Says Louh

Oran — The system of electronic signature and authentication of legal documents will be launched soon, said Thursday in Oran Minister of Justice, Tayeb Louh who stressed the need for special training for judges in this area.

The minister said at the installation ceremony of Mohamed Bekhkifi as Prosecutor at the Court of Oran, the system will come into force soon at four pilot courts, as part of the modernization of justice which fits with other aspects of the reform of the judiciary decided by the President of the Republic.
