Nigeria: Horn-Free Day - Assembly Expresses Satisfaction Over Compliance

Lagos — The Lagos State House of Assembly has commended car owners in the state for the level of compliance shown on Wednesday, which was set aside by the state government as a day without the use of horn.

In a statement by the Chairman, House Committee on Information, Strategy, Security and Publicity, Segun Olulade, the House expressed surprise at the level of compliance particularly among the commercial cab and bus operators in the state.
