Rwanda: Police to Partner With Turkish Counterparts

The inspector general of the police (IGP) Emmanuel Gasana says there is a great opportunity to establish bilateral cooperation with the Turkish Police, after receiving a delegation from Turkey on Thursday, led by the deputy director of International Relations Department of the Turkish police, Mehmet Karakaya.

"The Rwandan police considers this visit as a great opportunity to have bilateral cooperation between the two forces," Gasana said.
